Are you a Champion for Change?
Well, what is a Champion for Change, you may be asking. At Arizona Nutrition Network, any parent or child that makes healthy changes in their home or community is a Champion for Change. Being a Champion is about being committed to keeping your family healthy. That's what we're here for, and we hope you'll join the movement!
How do you become a Champion for Change?
Anyone can become a Champion for Change. Making changes in eating and physical activity can be easy. By taking one step at a time, you can make lasting changes to improve your family's health. To help you get started, we've added resources, helpful information and lots of encouragement from parents just like you. The mission of the Arizona Nutrition Network is to shape food consumption in a positive way, promote health, and reduce disease among all people living in Arizona.

Tips and Facts
Information about 1% milk:
- Kids 2-17 years old should drink 2 cups of 1% milk every day.
- Adults should drink 3 cups of 1% milk every day.
- Kids 1-2 years old should drink whole milk.
Common Questions
Why is it important to drink 1% milk?
- 1% milk does not have as much saturated fat.
- Whole and 2% milk are leading sources of saturated fat.
- It is a good source of calcium, vitamins A & D, riboflavin and potassium.
