Apple Pie Turkey Salad


2 ¼ cups cooked cubed turkey (skinless)
2 cups chopped celery
2 cups chopped apples
¼ cup raisins
2 Tablespoons low fat mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons plain low fat yogurt
¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon salt
Pepper to taste

  1. Wash hands with warm water and soap. Wash fresh vegetables before preparing.
  2. In a large bowl, combine turkey, celery, apples, and raisins.
  3. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, yogurt, nutmeg, and cinnamon; stir well into turkey mixture.
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve immediately.

Makes 6 servings, approximately 1 cup each.
