½ cantaloupe
1 cup fat free milk
1 ½ cups ice
sweetener as needed

  1. Wash hands with soap and warm water. Wash fresh fruits before preparing.
  2. Cut cantaloupe flesh into small cubes.
  3. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  4. Sweeten to taste.
  5. Serve immediately.
